Shipping policy

Order processing times. All orders are processed and posted within 1 - 2 business days. Express post orders received prior to 10am on business days are posted the same day, otherwise, posted the following business day.
Domestic and international shipping options. Shipping only to Australia is available at this time.
Shipping costs. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $15 per order or free standard shipping for orders over $125. Express post is a flat rate of $22.50 per order. Some bulky items may be ineligible for express postage, you will be contacted prior to posting in this case.
Local delivery options. Pick up in Eugowra is available free of charge.
Returns, changes, and cancellations. Please review our returns policy for full details.
Potential service interruptions. Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. If any delays are known they will be communicated to you on the website announcement bar.
Order tracking details. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking details of your parcel.
